What are delivery costs?

We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia with full tracking for orders over $300AUD. International brides will also receive FREE standard hipping for orders over $600AUD. If you need your piece/s shipped via express, please let us know during on the special requirements section during order, and we will get in touch with a cost.

 

How long does delivery take?

This piece will be available to be dispatched from 25th of Jan.

All pieces are dispatched from Cathleen Jia’s bridal loft in Melbourne and delivery time differs depending on your location. Australian brides factor in 5 business days for delivery, and international brides factor in 10 business days.

 

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

Orders shipped outside of Australia will incur duties and taxes payable by the recipient. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency based on the value of order within the destination country. We recommend brides ordering from outside of Australia check with their import/ customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.

As this is sample item, you may wish you dry clean, repair or alter the piece. Please only use reputable dry cleaners. All purchase will come with a 50% off voucher for Syndal’s Dry Cleaning in Melbourne.

We are happy to advice on questions you have on the care of the gown. However, any repairs, alterations and cleaning of the item is at your discretion and the cost is your responsibility. Cathleen Jia will not be responsible for any post sale item services.
