Ordering your Cathleen Jia piece is easy on our eboutique. Here is our fuss free order to delivery schedule.

1. Congratulations on finding the perfect look with us! You will receive an order confirmation on order completion. And if we need any extra details, we will be in touch within the next 48 hrs.

2. Our in house production team will commence the creation of your order. The production time is 16 weeks for bridal range and 2 weeks for veils and made to order accessories.

3. Once your order is complete and carefully checked by our in house quality team, we will pack it beautifully, ready to be sent to you.

4. Your order is on its way to you. You will get an email notification from us with tracking details.

5. Once you receive your order, it is time to complete the look! We also have a stunning range of veils and accessories available. If you need a hand completing your look, book in a virtual appointment for easy personalised styling.

To find your perfect size and measuring tips please use our sizing chart. Our standard sizing is AUS 6 to 16, if your measurements are outside of this range, we can sometimes accommodate depending on style. Please get in touch.

What if I lose/gain weight between ordering?

Weight fluctuation is totally normal. Our pieces are nonrestrictive and cut with ease in mind to ensure an effortless fit. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes as it’s a lot easier to take in a piece than let it out. This should accommodate for any weight change. If you’ve lost weight since ordering, remember a reliable seamstress is usually able to take in a dress up to two sizes.

Will I need alterations?

Our styles are renowned for being effortless and figure flattering. However, you may need minor alterations to make it absolutely perfect for you. The pieces are cleverly designed to ensure any minor alterations are fuss free and not complicated by a professional seamstress.

What are delivery costs?

We offer FREE shipping worldwide with full tracking for orders over $300.

If you need your piece/s shipped via express, please let us know during on the special requirements section during order, and we will get in touch with a cost.

How long does delivery take?

All pieces are dispatched from Cathleen Jia’s bridal loft in Melbourne and delivery time differs depending on your location. Australian brides factor in 5 business days for delivery, and international brides factor in 10 business days.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

Orders shipped outside of Australia will incur duties and taxes payable by the recipient. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency based on the value of order within the destination country. We recommend brides ordering from outside of Australia check with their import/ customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, as each bridal piece is made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of minds. This is in line with our sustainable ethos that we carry throughout our entire production process.

We will provide refund or replacement for faulty products only after inspection and approval by Cathleen Jia. Please refer to our FAQ for more details.
